Wreck of the Dicky

Peacock Blue
Sapphire
Teal
Antique Linen

The wreck of SS Dicky lies on Dicky Beach, Caloundra. It was swept up onto the beach during a cyclone in 1893. Only the frame remains and it is sometimes almost covered by sand but this image shows how it looks after big seas.Even though there was a push to have it removed some years back, it has now been listed with the National Trust, and rightly so!
